What is Woodcote Fete?

Woodcote Fete is an annual event for the community to come together. There is a traditional Produce, Flower and Craft show and a variety of stalls, entertainment, food and drink​
Where is the Woodcote Fete​?

The Fete is held in the centre of Woodcote, South Oxfordshire, on the village green and the Produce, Flower and Craft show is held in the Village Hall
When is the Woodcote Fete?

The Fete is held on the 2nd Saturday of September each year. The Fete opens at 12 noon and finishes at 5pm. Entries to the show need to taken to the village show between 9 and 11am
Where can I park?

There is a small amount of parking the village hall car park, street parking on the Reading road and limited parking by St Leonards church
Where do I go if I need to speak to someone on the day?

The Fete team have a base adjacent to the village hall called HQ. Look for the Show trophies. This is manned throughout the Fete - so please head there if you want to ask a question, alert us to an incident that may need assistance, offer to help us next year! We will keep any lost and found here also. You can also identify the committee, as they will be wearing a steward badge.
Can I use cards to pay for items?​

Many of our stalls will have card machines to make purchases including our raffle. However, we do recommend bringing cash in case there are problems with card payments. There is not a cash machine in the village, but the Co op does provide a cash back service.
Will there be a first aider at the event?

A number of medically trained professionals volunteer to support the event in case of an incident requiring assistance. The Fete team at HQ will assist in locating our volunteer.
How accessible is the Fete?​

The village green is flat and accessible. Tables and chairs are set out for visitors to relax and enjoy the event. The village hall is fully accessible and has ramps for access and disabled toilets.
Will there be facilities for Baby Changing and Feeding?​

Yes. There is a designated area for changing and feeding your baby in the village hall. Please look for the sign or ask a member of the Fete team at the HQ.
